Can I wear my BetterBack for longer than 15 minutes a go?
BetterBack is safe and comfortable to wear all day long. We recommend starting out with 15 minutes a day because it takes time to build up your posture muscles.

Some people wear BetterBack for 15 minutes and feel sore because their posture muscles have been activated for the first time in a long time. For others, it feels like a breeze and they can wear it for hours starting on Day 1.

The key is to listen to your body.

Can I wear the BetterBack while driving?
Unfortunately, BetterBack does not work while standing, lying down or driving. Even though we want you to have a supported back while driving, BetterBack does not offer the mobility you need to safely operate your vehicle. Please do not wear your BetterBack while driving.

What about if I'm pregnant?
BetterBack won't interfere with pregnancy at all! But definitely have a chat with your doctor if you have concerns!

Can I wash my BetterBack?
Machine washing is not recommended for your BetterBack. Instead, keep your BetterBack looking new by spot cleaning when needed, and letting it air dry.
