All our deliveries are doorstep deliveries, meaning they're sent right to your doorstep. If you wish to self-collect from our Marina Square office, just drop us a WhatsApp / email!

All orders have a free delivery and the option for an express delivery (at an additional S$3.90).

For normal free deliveries, 90% of the time your order will reach within the next working day. The absolute latest an order should reach you is after 3 working days. Please contact us if you have not received your order after 3 working days.

For express deliveries, orders placed before 12pm weekdays are typically delivered on the same day, while those after 12pm are delivered the next day.

Kindly note we do not have express deliveries on weekends (unless by special request – please drop us a WhatsApp if you need something urgently).

We run a mini retail showcase in our office at Marina Square, in the co-working space called JustCo. Viewings are by appointment only for now, but our timings are very flexible.

Generally, 2.30pm – 7pm (weekdays) and 2.30pm – 5.30pm (weekends) are great for us.

The reason we don't run a proper retail store is to minimise operating costs. After all, it is ultimately the customer who gets these extra costs passed on to.

We only sell authentic products. Selling counterfeits is a crime in Singapore, and we sure wouldn't want to risk that!

On a side note, we help our brands to identify knock-offs and scams involving their items. If you see any such things, please let us know so we can take action.
